This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website, available at www.ordero.lt (hereinafter – the “Website”), the ORDERO platform at app.ordero.lt (hereinafter – the “Platform”), when you order or use our services, or when you contact us via email, telephone, or other electronic communication channels.

We operate the Website, the Platform, and provide the services accessible through them.

Upon receiving your request or instruction regarding Personal Data processing, we will respond and take the requested action within one month from the date of receipt, or inform you of refusal and the reasons. This period may be extended by two additional months depending on the complexity and number of requests. In such case, you will be notified about the extension within one month of receiving the request.

If your Personal Data are deleted upon your request, we may still keep copies as necessary to protect our or others’ legitimate interests, comply with state authorities’ requirements, resolve disputes, detect malfunctions, or enforce agreements.
